Location and Dates

CCC'15 will be held June 17-19, 2015 at the Oregon Convention Center in Portland, Oregon, as part of the Federated Computing Research Conference 2015 (FCRC'15).

Program

The program for CCC'15 is available here, and the schedule for FCRC'15 here.

Rump session: The program includes a rump session on Thursday June 18 at 8:30pm. The rump session is intended for very short presentations on recent results, partial progress, and open questions in computational complexity. Any conference attendee can speak but slots are limited. An announcement will be sent to the CCC mailing list and posted here when the sign-up for the rump session opens.

Online Proceedings: The proceedings of the conference has been published as volume 33 in the open access series Leibniz International Proceedings in Informatics (LIPIcs). Links to the papers have been added to the program.

Registration

Please use the registration server for FCRC'15.

Non-Students: In order to register as a non-student, set the radio button to one of the professional societies if you are a member; otherwise, set the radio button to CCF Member (Member Pricing for CCC), as everyone registering for CCC'15 is considered a member of the Computational Complexity Foundation (CCF).

Students: In order to register as a student, select the radio button Student irrespective of your membership to any of the professional societies.

Fees: The registration fees are listed below. They include the FCRC'15 fee, breakfasts, lunches, and coffee breaks. If you also register for STOC, you are entitled to a discount of $50 on the combined registration fee, and need to check the corresponding box of the on-line registration form in order to receive the discount. The early registration deadline is May 18.

Hotel and Travel Information

See the information offered by FCRC'15. The negotiated hotel rates for FCRC are available until May 16. Note that there is a direct light rail connection between the airport and the convention center.

Sharing: For those willing to share a hotel, we have created a google doc where you can post your information and look for others to contact. You may also use this google doc to share rides, if you like.

Student Travel Allowances: In order to defray the costs of attending the conference, some travel allowances will be available for students. See the application form and instructions for details.

Visas: A visa to the US may be needed for attending the conference, e.g., for citizens of China, India, and Russia. This website has the exact rules. If a visa is needed, please get in touch with your local US consulate as soon as possible; the whole process may take several months. If you need an invitation letter, please fill out and submit the request form.

Organization

CCC'15 is organized by the Compututational Complexity Foundation and the organizers of FCRC'15, with Dieter van Melkebeek acting as the liaison, in cooperation with the European Association for Theoretical Computer Science (EATCS) and the ACM Special Interest Group on Algorithms and Computation Theory (SIGACT). The conference is sponsored by Microsoft Research and is supported by the Institute for Quantum Computing (IQC). Funding for the best student paper award is provided by EATCS.
